Does CRT Clinics accept insurance?

No. CRT Clinics does not accept insurance. This is how we keep the cost of healthcare services at a reasonable price.

Which forms of payment does CRT Clinics accept?

CRT Clinics accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. HSA cards are not accepted at this time.

Do I need a referral to receive treatment at CRT Clinics?

No, you do not need a referral to receive treatment at CRT Clinics. However, we do work closely with other healthcare providers, when necessary, to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Don't worry. This won't be done without your consent or knowledge.

What does the price include?

The flat-rate telehealth consultation fee includes the cost of health care services provided by the provider and the electronic prescription(s) forwarded to the pharmacy of your choice. The flat-rate fee does NOT include the cost of prescription drugs at the pharmacy.

Refund Policy

What is CRT Clinics' refund policy?

Fees are collected prior to any prescription or lab orders being sent. Once services are rendered, a refund will not be issued. For additional questions regarding the refund policy, please contact CRT Clinics at crtclinics@outlook.com.
